These costumes can be purchased with Kudos, earned for doing well in Fall Guys’ game modes. However, there are some items that can only be bought using Show-Bucks.

How to Buy Show Bucks in Fall Guys
Unfortunately, the only way for Fall Guys players to get Show Bucks is by using real-world money to purchase them. Players will not earn any by simply playing the game.
To actually go about purchasing Show Bucks in Fall Guys, tab over to the shopping cart icon in the main menu by hitting the left or right bumper. And then use the triggers to tab over to the Show Bucks section.

Fall Guys players can purchase 1000 Show Bucks for $7.99. They can save a couple of bucks in the long run if they go with the larger packs. 2800 Show Bucks are $19.99; 5000 Show Bucks cost $31.99, and 13,500 Show Bucks are $79.99.
At the time of writing, there’s a Wolf of the Night Complete Costume Kit going for 1000 Show-Bucks, which comes with a couple of cosmetics. There are some other kits available for 800 Show-Bucks as well. If players want a couple of costumes, the price will really start to rack up, so be mindful when making any in-game purchases.
