Teams are an important part of the Fallout 76 experience. Teams can help players complete important quests, help complete the more difficult event missions, and make completing Daily Op missions easier. Now teams offer a variety of benefits depending on what team players choose to join.
Casual Team
Probably the most common type of team players will find in the interaction menu are Casual Teams. These teams are for those players who are just casually playing. Maybe they are doing a few quests or the occasional event mission. These teams give players a bonus for their intelligence for each member of the team. The bonus increases by 1 for each member of the team and can be increased by a maximum of 4 points. Of course, this doesn’t increase the number of perk cards a player can use. It just increases the stat for interactions with NPCs.
Daily Ops Team
These teams make it easier for a player to find a group to do the Daily Ops mission with. The Daily Ops mission is a highly difficult mission (for some) and completing it with a team will make it a lot easier. Completing the Daily Ops mission will get players a bunch of rewards and a good amount of experience.

Joining a Daily Ops team will increase the amount of experience each player on the team gets. If there are four players on the team, players will get an additional 100% experience for completing the mission.
Exploration Team
Exploration teams aren’t used very often, but they still offer a good benefit for those who wish to join one. Exploration is a key part of Fallout 76. There are tons of areas to discover and each one that is discovered gives players a small amount of experience. An exploration team doesn’t increase experience. Instead, it increases a player’s endurance stat for each member of the team. This benefit can go up to four additional points to the stat.
Roleplay Team
Roleplaying teams are interesting. They aren’t used often, but they do give a player a great benefit for joining them. Players on this type of team get an increase in their charisma stat for each team member.

The charisma stat is useful when talking to NPCs and can even get players better prices when buying and selling items at the various vendors.
Hunting Team
Legendary enemies are great to search for in the game. They give more experience than normal enemies and players get legendary weapons and armor for killing them. Hunting teams give players more experience for going out and killing these hard-to-find enemies. They can typically be found in areas with a lot of enemies and can appear in many of the event missions that spawn around the map.
Events Team
Events teams are one of the more common team types that players will find. Events are something that players will be doing a lot of in the game and can get players some great legendary gear, experience, and crafting items. Players who join events teams will get bonus experience for completing event missions. The bonus experience goes up to 100% if there are four members on the team.
